I’m a Product Designer with 8+ years of experience creating user-centred digital products that balance business and user needs. I’ve worked across startups and enterprise environments—from early-stage teams to RBCx, a division of the Royal Bank of Canada—and currently Multiplayer Studio, a product design agency.
In my previous role at RBCx (Houseful), I owned the design of our financial confidence workstream, launching real estate and fintech tools that simplified the home-buying experience. This included a mortgage affordability calculator that achieved a 93% CSAT, increased retention by 65%, and drove a 19% lift in sign-up conversion.
I’m passionate about turning complex problems into simple, meaningful experiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
Outside of work, I’m a husband, dad to a baby boy, oil painter, avid traveller, and lifelong learner.
